Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Analyticsgenius programs and scheduled consulting sessions confirmed by invoice. Free materials and informational site content are not refundable purchases.

Timeframe

For self-paced courses, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two modules and have not attended a live office hour. For live sessions (Offer Scan, Side-by-Side Brief, Negotiation Desk), cancellations made at least 5 business days before the scheduled start qualify for a full refund.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 5 and 2 business days before a live session may receive a 50% refund. After that window, fees are generally non-refundable because facilitator time has been reserved.

Non-refundable items

Completed live sessions, custom written briefs already delivered, third-party fees (if any), and corporate cohort seats after kickoff materials are released are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@analyticsgenius.digital with your invoice number, purchase date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellations by Analyticsgenius

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a reschedule at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain available. Documented medical emergencies may be considered for goodwill exceptions outside the standard windows.
